Gardening Group
Wellbeing Project at Sutton Manor Surgery

The Sutton Manor Gardening Group is a community based green social prescribing initiative supporting patients to improve their mental wellbeing through gardening, nature and social connection. The group provides a welcoming environment where participants can grow fruit and vegetables, learn new skills, encourage wildlife and enjoy time outdoors with others.

The gardening group project is led by our Health & Lifestyle Practitioner, Antony Grantham:

Who can join?

To join our gardening group, you must be:

• Aged 18 or over
• Registered with Sutton Manor Surgery

When and Where?

Sutton Manor Surgery:

• Every Monday and Thursday
• 11am - 12:30pm
