This event is open to men and women aged 60 and over who are registered with a Venn PCN GP practice.
About the EventOur Ageing Well Event has been organised to help older adults stay healthy, independent and connected. You’ll be able to access a range of information, advice, and practical health checks in a friendly and welcoming environment.
There is no need to book—you can simply drop in on the day.
What’s AvailableOn the day, you may be offered a range of health checks and screening opportunities (depending on eligibility), including:
• Blood pressure checks
• Atrial fibrillation (AF) screening
• Cancer awareness and screening information, including bowel cancer screening
